Cancellation by Customers


Standard Bookings

Customers may cancel their transportation bookings as follows:


More than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time:
  • Customers can cancel free of charge, and we will provide a full refund of any prepaid amount.

    • Within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time:
  • Customers will be charged a full booking amount.

    • No-shows:
  • Customers who do not show up at the designated pick-up location and time without prior cancellation will be charged the full booking amount.

    • Special Bookings (e.g., Hourly Services, Special Events)

    Special bookings may have unique cancellation policies based on the nature of the service. Customers has to check with our booking specialist about cancellation terms during the booking process.

    We reserve the right to cancel a booking under the following circumstances:

    Unforeseen Circumstances:
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or vehicle breakdowns that prevent us from fulfilling the booking, we will provide a full refund to the customer.

    • Refunds:
  • Refunds for canceled bookings will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be made using the original payment method.
  • Refunds may takes 14-21 business days in order to appeared back in your statement.

    • Change Fee
  • Any change in your Reservation with out prior notice (24 Hour Prior from your schedule Pick Up Time ) may result in additional charges. Please contact our customer support specialist.
